Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: $25 cancellation fee
• No-show bookings: non-refundable
• Quote-only payments: generally non-refundable once admin review begins

If Mate Tasker cancels the service, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 3–10 business days depending on the bank.
